Shipping Policy

Overview We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All products in our store are custom made-to-order, so please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates We are currently offering FREE shipping on all orders within the United States for a limited time. Standard shipping rates may apply after the promotional period ends.

Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the item ordered. Carrier selection is made at the time of fulfillment.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@trv08.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Note Because all items are custom printed on demand, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
