Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on every order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. During holidays and peak seasons, production may take a little longer.

Delivery time
After your order ships, US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–12 business days.

Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the product. Items in the same order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships.

Order changes and cancellations
Because production starts shortly after you order, we can't change or cancel an order once it's in production. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@trv08.com and we'll do our best to help.

Please double-check your address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the cost of production and shipping.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date) at support@trv08.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.
